摘 要:为探究人工光植物工厂中不同草莓品种的生长情况,以‘阿尔比’‘蒙特瑞’‘波特拉’‘圣安德瑞斯’为试验材料,对其生长农艺性状、果实表型特征和内在品质指标进行测定,并对各指标进行对比分析和灰色关联度分析,以筛选出适宜在人工光植物工厂中种植的草莓品种。结果表明,‘波特拉’长势最好,其可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量相对较高,可滴定酸含量低;‘蒙特瑞’长势较弱,可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可滴定酸含量和固酸比都相对较低。四个品种加权关联度排名由高到底依次为‘波特拉’‘阿尔比’‘圣安德瑞斯’‘蒙特瑞’。‘波特拉’加权关联度高,果实表型特征和内在品质指标相对较优,综合性状最好,可以在人工光植物工厂中种植,也可作为选育适用于植物工厂中种植四季草莓新品种的亲本资源。In order to explore the growth of strawberry varieties in artificial light plant factory,‘Albion’‘Monterey’‘Portra’and‘San Andreas’were used as test materials to determine their growth agronomic traits,fruit phenotypic characteristics and internal quality indicators,and to conduct comparative analysis and gray correlation analysis of each indicator to screen the four season strawberries planted in artificial light plant factory.The results showed that growth potential of‘Portra’was the best,the content of soluble solids and soluble sugar were relatively high,and titratable acid was low.‘Monterey’was weak in growth,and the content of soluble solids,content of soluble sugar,titrable acid and solid acid ratio were relatively low.The weighted correlation degree of the four varieties ranked in turn as‘Portra’‘Albion’‘San Andreas’and‘Monterey’‘Portra’had a high weighted correlation degree,and the fruit phenotypic characteristics and internal variety indicators were relatively well,with the best comprehensive properties,which could be planted in artificial light plant factories.It could be used as a parent resource for breeding new varieties of strawberry in plant factories.
