免疫胶体金技术及其在兽医临床中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：免疫胶体金技术是一项将胶体金作为重要的示踪物,通过抗体与抗原结合所产生的反应进行诊断的技术,具有操作便捷、成本低廉、安全环保等多重优势。随着现代生物医学不断发展,人类医学进步也促进了兽医临床的发展,免疫胶体金技术越来越多地应用于兽医临床中多种疾病的诊断。文章总结了免疫胶体金技术的应用类型,探究其应用优势,同时对其在兽医临床中的具体应用进行了阐述,以期为胶体金技术在兽医临床中更加广泛的应用与研究提供参考。Immunocolloidal gold technique is a kind of technique which uses colloidal gold as an important tracer to diagnose by the reaction between antibody and antigen,which has the advantages of convenient operation,low cost,safety and environmental protection.With the continuous development of modern biomedicine,human medical progress has also promoted the development of veterinary clinical,immune colloidal gold technology is more and more used in veterinary clinical diagnosis of a variety of diseases.The paper summarizes the application types of immunocolloidal gold technology,explores its application advantages,and expounds its specific application in veterinary clinic,in order to provide reference for more extensive application and research of colloidal gold technology in veterinary clinic.
