摘 要:该研究以4种卫矛属花粉为试材,采用TTC染色法对其花粉生活力进行测定,并研究了不同浓度砂糖和硼酸对金叶丝棉木花粉离体萌发的影响。结果表明:TTC法可快速检测出卫矛属植物花粉生活力,金叶丝棉木、丝棉木、金太阳和冬红北海道黄杨的花粉生活力分别达到了86.58%、90.49%、82.79%和76.81%;砂糖、硼酸单独因素以及砂糖和硼酸交互作用均对金叶丝棉木花粉的萌发起到了显著的促进作用,采用200g/L砂糖+20mg/L硼酸的液体培养基对金叶丝棉木花粉离体培养效果最佳,萌发率可达到44.68%。In this study,four species of Euonymus pollens were used as test materials to determine their pollen viability by TTC staining method,and the effects of different concentrations of granulated sugar and boric acid on the in vitro germination of E.japonicus ‘Jinye'pollen were investigated.The results showed that the TTC method could quickly detect the pollen viability of Euonymus plants,and the pollen viability were 86.58%,90.49% 82.79% and 76.81%;The individual factors of sugar and boric acid,as well as the interaction between sugar and boric acid,have significantly promoted the initiation of pollen germination.The liquid medium of200g/L sugar +20mg/L boric acid was the best effect on the in vitro culture of golden leaf silk cotton wood pollen,and the germination rate reached 44.68%.
