摘　　要：随着大数据技术的迅猛发展,市场对大数据人才的需求量也再逐年增长。高职院校纷纷开设大数据相关专业,以适应市场的需求。针对当前高职大数据技术人才培养过程中存在专业人才培养定位不明确、实训课程体系不完整、实训基地建设不健全、实训师资力量不雄厚等问题,以企业的岗位需求为导向,对人才定位、实训课程体系构建、校企共建校内外实训基地、实训师资队伍培养以及赛教融合等方面进行了分析。With the rapid development of big data technology,the demand for big data talent in the market is increasing year by year.Vocational colleges have opened big data-related majors to meet the demands of the market.In response to the current issues in vocational education for big data technology talent,such as unclear positioning of professional talent training,incomplete practical training course system,inadequate construction of practical training bases,and insufficient practical training teaching staff,this paper analyzes the talent positioning,construction of practical training course system,establishment of practical training bases through school-enterprise cooperation,training of practical training teaching staff,and integration of competition and education,based on the job demands of enterprises.
