摘  要:门克庆煤矿井底煤仓断面大、垂高大、条件复杂、施工难度大、工期紧。为了加快煤仓施工进度,门克庆煤矿根据现场情况总结经验,采用了反井钻机施工溜矸孔、光面爆破技术、浇筑大模板滑模工艺,并使用挖掘机与胶轮车出矸、高扬程砼输送泵浇筑等方法,采用掘砌同步一次成巷施工,优化了劳动组织及工序衔接,提高了煤仓施工效率,实现了35 m煤仓主体(除上锁口)施工至与下口贯通用时26 d的良好记录,2 m循环作业用时最短达到31 h。在较短时间内完成了门克庆煤矿的一项咽喉工程,同时降低了施工成本,施工经验可为其他煤仓施工提供借鉴。The well bottom coal bunker of Menkeqing Coal Mine has large cross sections,great vertical height,complex conditions,high construction difficulty,and tight construction period.In order to accelerate the construction progress of the coal bunker,Menkeqing Coal Mine summarized experience according to the on-site situation and adopted reverse well drilling construction for sliding gangue holes,smooth blasting technology,and pouring large template sliding formwork process.Excavators and rubber wheel trucks are used for gangue discharge,and high lift concrete delivery pumps are used for pouring.Using synchronous excavation and masonry to construct a roadway in one go,optimizing labor organization and process connection,and improving the efficiency of coal bunker construction.A good record of 26 days from the construction of the main body of the 35 m coal bunker(excluding the upper locking opening)to the connection with the lower opening is realized,with a minimum of 31 hours for a 2 m cycle operation.Completed a throat project in Menkeqing Coal Mine in a relatively short period of time,while reducing construction costs at the same time.The construction experience can provide reference for the construction of other coal bunkers.
