摘 要:为了解决大佛寺煤矿施工进度慢、工期长和矿井接续受到制约的问题,通过复用外围系统,降低万吨掘进率,减少矸石产出量,提升掘进工效,并根据外围系统特点设计了临时和永久支护方式。结果表明:在工作推进的过程中,由于地质条件、巷道跨度和支撑强度等因素的不同影响,沿着空隙不同的位置,表面的移动变化表现出明显的差异。按照平均巷道断面为18.9 m^(2),岩巷长度200 m计算,两条巷道减少矸石产量19656 t。通过外围系统复用,每年减少掘进进尺550 m,每年减少矸石产量1.96万t,合计节约费用567.23万元。In order to solve the problems of slow construction progress,long construction period,and the mine is continuity restricted in Dafosi Coal Mine,by reusing the peripheral system,the excavation rate of 10000 tons is reduced,the output of gangue is reduced,and excavation efficiency is improved,temporary and permanent support methods are designed according to the characteristics of the peripheral system.The results indicate that during the progress of the work,due to different influence caused by factors such as geological conditions,roadway span,support strength,and so on,there are significant differences in surface movement changes along different positions of the gaps.Calculated according to the average roadway cross section of 18.9 m^(2)and the rock roadway length of 200 m,and the two roadways reduce the production of gangue by 19656 t.By reusing the peripheral system,the annual excavation footage is reduced by 550 m,and the annual gangue production is reduced by 19600 t,resulting in a total cost savings of 5.6723 million yuan.
