摘  要:随着开采深度的增加,产生的高地应力会增加深部煤矿安全开采难度,降低巷道的稳定性。为了研究高地应力作用下巷道破坏机理及其支护技术,本文以千米深井唐口煤矿的厚煤顶巷道为工程背景,分析了煤顶厚度和埋深对巷道围岩塑性区分布和变形破坏的影响。结果表明:塑性区分布范围随埋深增加而增大,大埋深厚煤顶巷道围岩变形严重;对于10 m左右特厚煤层巷道,埋深900~1000 m时,其弹塑性区分界面与上方煤岩交界面的位置近似重合。针对深部厚煤顶巷道,理论分析了密集锚网索协同支护对厚煤顶巷道的控制机理,即密集锚杆支护增强锚固煤体强度,密集长锚索支护配合高强锚固煤体协同控制巷道顶板。结合参数模拟、工程经验确定了密集锚网索协同的支护参数,并在工程实践中取得良好效果。As the mining depth increases,the high ground stress generated will increase the difficulty of safe mining in deep coal mines and reduce the stability of the roadway.In order to study the failure mechanism and support technology of roadways under high ground stress influence,this article takes the thick coal roof roadway of Tangkou Coal Mine in the kilometer deep well as the engineering background,analyzes the influence of coal roof thickness and burial depth on the distribution and deformation failure of the plastic zone in the surrounding rock of the roadway.The results show that the plastic zone distribution range increases with the increase of burial depth,and the deformation of the surrounding rock of the large burial depth thick coal roof roadway is severe;for extrathick coal seam roadways of about 10 m,when the burial depth is 900-1000 m,the elastic-plastic zone distinction interface approximately coincides with the position of the above coal rock distinction interface.For deep thick coal roof roadways,the control mechanism of dense anchor mesh cable collaborative support on thick coal roof roadways is theoretically analyzed,that is,dense anchor rod support enhances the strength of anchorage coal bodies,and dense long anchor cable support combined with high-strength anchorage coal bodies synergistically control the roadway roof.Based on parameter simulation and engineering experience,the support parameters for dense anchor mesh cable coordination are determined,and good effects are achieved in the engineering practice.
