摘  要:分段分次起爆是鹤煤三矿三水平北翼运输巷掘进工作面采用的爆破工艺,而该爆破工艺存在炮孔利用率低、大块率高、抛渣距离远的问题。为解决该问题,结合煤矿实际,基于爆炸应力波叠加的原理以及相关掏槽技术,对现有巷道的爆破施工参数进行设计优化,提出了多阶多段一次爆破的方式。通过现场工程实践表明,优化后的爆破方案在掘进单进、炮眼利用率等方面明显较原爆破方案有了较大的提升,具有良好的适用性。Segmented and staged blasting is a blasting process used in the excavation working face of the north wing transportation roadway at the third level of Hemei No.3 Mine.However,this blasting process has problems such as low utilization rate of blast holes,high large block rate,and long slag throwing distance.To solve this problem,combined with the actual situation of coal mines,based on the principle of stress wave superposition and second-stage secondsegment cutting technology,a multi-stage multi-segment one-time blasting method is proposed to optimize the existing blasting and construction parameter design.The engineering practice shows that the optimized blasting scheme is significantly superior to the original blasting scheme in terms of excavation footage and blasthole utilization,and has good applicability.
