摘 要:针对赵庄矿煤层结构较松软、水平井井壁稳定性较差、固井隐患大、水平井段采用非固井套管完井的完井方式、水力压裂时水平井段间干扰严重、压裂效果较差等问题,为了获得赵庄矿附近煤层气开发试验参数,确保后期煤层气实现有序开采,赵庄矿采用了“连续油管+分段压裂工具”方法进行水平分段压裂。该项技术主要包括U型煤层气井压裂方式、定向射孔工艺、钻井液类型及性能、封隔方式的选择。该技术在试验井的现场成功应用,通过对煤层井段实施分段压裂改造,增大与煤层接触面积,改善地层渗流,提高裂缝导流能力,解除近井地带污染,为晋城矿区地面瓦斯抽采和煤层气开发提供了解决方案。In response to the problems of relatively soft coal seam structure,poor stability of horizontal well walls,significant cementing hazards,non cementing casing completion method used in horizontal well sections,severe interference between horizontal well sections during hydraulic fracturing,and poor fracturing effect in Zhaozhuang Mine,in order to obtain experimental parameters for the development of coalbed methane near Zhaozhuang Mine and ensure orderly mining of coalbed methane in the later stage,Zhaozhuang Mine adopts the method of"continuous tubing+segmented fracturing tool"for horizontal segmented fracturing.This technology mainly includes the selection of U-shaped coalbed methane well fracturing method,directional perforation process,drilling fluid type and performance,and sealing method.This technology has been successfully applied in the experimental well site,by implementing segmented fracturing transformation on the coal seam section,increasing the contact area with the coal seam,improving the formation seepage,enhancing the fracture conductivity,and relieving pollution in the near wellbore area.It provides a solution for surface gas extraction and coalbed methane development in Jincheng mining area.
