摘 要:我国浅部或地质条件简单的可开发煤炭越来越少,许多煤矿已向深部或地质条件复杂区域开采。而作为促进煤炭开发,实现区域瓦斯治理的煤层气行业,也要面对同样的问题。针对新元矿复杂地质构造带煤层气钻井过程中存在的严重漏失、掉块卡钻或难成孔等问题,通过对套管钻进工艺的研究,提出在严重漏失、掉块卡钻的局部复杂地层针对性地运用该工艺,施工了试验井GZ-1,实现了从466 m处套管快速钻进53.6 m,有效提高了复杂地层钻进速度,缩短了工期约3 d,降低了综合成本。There are fewer and fewer exploitable coals in shallow or simple geological conditions in China,and many coal mines are mined in deep or complex geological condition areas.The coalbed methane industry,which promotes coal development and achieves regional gas administer,also faces the same problem.Aiming at the problems of severe leakage,block falling and stuck drilling,or difficulty in forming holes during the well drilling process of coalbed methane in the complex geological structure zone of Xinyuan Mine,through the study of casing drilling process,targeted application of this process in local complex stratums with severe leakage and block falling and stuck drilling is proposed.The experimental well GZ-1 is constructed,achieving rapid casing drilling of 53.6 m from 466 m,effectively improving the drilling speed in complex stratums,shortening the construction period by about 3 days,and reducing overall costs.
