摘 要:针对松峪煤业矸石长期堆存带来的污染空气及地下水资源、引发矸石堆自燃等问题,研究确定井下综采工作面采用矸石巷式充填回采技术,确定充填巷道之间隔离煤柱取7 m,给出了充填回采顺序及充填施工工艺。在此基础上,提出充填巷道采用“锚杆(索)+金属网”支护方法。通过工程实践,与充填前相比,支架工作阻力降低了26.1%,顶底板移近量降低了30.8%,两帮移近量降低了35.9%,验证了工作面矸石巷式充填方法的可靠性,实现了工作面安全绿色回采。In view of the pollution of air and groundwater resources caused by the long-term storage of gangue in Songyu Coal Industry,as well as the problem of spontaneous combustion of the gangue pile,the underground fully mechanized mining face adopts the gangue roadway filling and mining technology is stuied and determined.The isolation coal pillar between the filling roadways is determined to be 7 m,and the filling and mining sequence and filling construction process are provided.On this basis,a combined support method of"anchor rod+anchor cable+metal mesh"is proposed for the filling roadway.Through engineering practice,compared with before filling,the working resistance of the support is reduced by 26.1%,the displacement amount of the top and bottom plates is reduced by 30.8%,and the displacement amount of the two sides is reduced by 35.9%,which verified the reliability of the gangue roadway filling method in the working face and achieved safe and green mining in the working face.
