基于COCA语料库的北京传统手工技艺英译研究

摘　　要：本文采用定性和定量相结合的方式,通过语料收集以及对比研究,发现在北京传统手工技艺名称中蕴含艺术特点、称呼以及材料三种文化分类。通过观察,总结出五类源语蕴含艺术工艺的名称译介公式,以及二类源语不含艺术工艺的名称译介公式。随后,以COCA语料库这一媒介为支撑,对五类蕴含艺术工艺的名称译介公式进行优化整理,形成四类优化公式,并以海外传统手工技艺译介公式进行验证。In this paper,through the collection of corpus and the study of comparison,a combination of quali-tative and quantitative methods is used,it is found that the name of Beijing traditional craftsmanship contains three cultural classifications:artistic characteristics,epithets and materials.Through observation,it is conclu-ded that five kinds of source languages contain the name translation formulas for artistic craftsmanship and two kinds of source languages not containing the formulas.Then,based on the medium of COCA corpus,the five kinds of name translation formulas containing artistic techniques are optimized,and four kinds of optimization formulas are formed,and verified with the traditional manual technical translation formulas from overseas.
