毛圈高度对经编毛巾织物服用性能的影响

摘　　要：以双面经编毛巾织物为研究对象,通过控制梳栉横移距离来改变毛巾织物的毛圈高度,探究毛圈高度变化对织物厚度、面密度、耐磨性、吸水性、透气性和保暖性的影响。试验结果表明,毛圈高度的变化对上述6种性能皆有较大影响。毛巾的厚度、面密度、吸水性和保暖性与毛圈高度成正比,耐磨性和透气性与毛圈高度成反比。Taking double-sided warp knitted towel fabric as the research object,the loops height of the towel fabric is changed by controlling the lateral displacement distance of the comb,and the influence of the change in loops height on the thickness,surface density,wear resistance,water absorption,breathability,and warmth retention of the fabric is explored.The experimental results indicate that changes in the loops height have a significant impact on all six properties mentioned above.The thickness,surface density,water absorption,and warmth retention of towels are directly proportional to the loops height,while the wear resistance and breathability are inversely proportional to the loops height.
