摘  要:从木浆基湿法非织造可冲散湿厕纸的晃动时间、轧花面积率、干/湿态下试样宽度对湿厕纸断裂强力的影响等方面入手,探究以上因素对其可冲散率的影响。研究结果表明:木浆基湿法非织造可冲散湿厕纸的可冲散性受晃动时间、轧花面积率、短切黏胶的缠结方式等因素的影响;可冲散率在前4 min变化较快,在4~6 min内达到可冲散基准线;轧花面积率在可冲散起始阶段对其可冲散性能、可分散性能存在一定影响;可冲散水刺非织造布的干湿态断裂强力相差较大,随着试样宽度的增加,其横纵向断裂强力几乎等比例增加;干态强力主要取决于氢键作用,湿态条件下的力学性能则取决于短切纤维的缠结性能。The impact of factors such as shaking time,embossing area ratio,and the width of different test samples in dry/wet conditions on the flushability of pulp-based wet-laid nonwoven dispersible toilet paper is explored.Research results indicate that the flushability of pulp-based wet-laid nonwoven dispersible toilet paper is affected by factors such as shaking time,embossing area ratio,and short-cut adhesive entanglement of the nonwoven fabric.The flushability of the water-spunlace nonwoven fabric changes rapidly within the first 4 minutes,and the flushability rate reaches the flushability baseline within 4 to 6 minutes.The embossing area ratio of the water-spunlace fabric has a certain impact on its flushability and dispersibility performance at the beginning of the flushability stage.There is a significant difference in dry and wet state tensile strength of the water-spunlace nonwoven fabric,and as the sample width increases,the transverse and longitudinal tensile strength increase almost proportionally.The dry-state strength mainly relies on the action of hydrogen bonds,while the mechanical properties under wet conditions depend on the entanglement performance of short-cut fibers.
