摘  要:为了提高聚乳酸(PLA)熔喷材料的亲水性,赋予其抗菌性和凝血性能,获得一种功能型医用纺织品,对PLA熔喷材料进行低温氧等离子体改性,得到具有亲水性的PLA(P)熔喷材料,再通过季铵化羧甲基壳聚糖(QCCS)接枝改性,得到可生物降解的PLA-QCCS(P)熔喷材料。对改性前后的理化性质进行对比分析,得到:负载了QCCS的PLA(P)熔喷材料主体结晶形态没有发生改变;PLA-QCCS(P)的透气性相比PLA熔喷材料提高了29.2%;改性后PLA-QCCS(P)接触角降为51.4°±6.1°,去离子水和羊血的扩散面积分别为PLA的8和12倍,凝血时间缩短了29.3%;PLA-QCCS(P)对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抑菌率都达到了99.0%以上。研究结果为制备抗菌凝血医用纺织品提供了一种新方法。In order to improve the hydrophilicity of polylactic acid(PLA)meltblown material,endow it with antibacterial and coagulation properties,and obtain a functional medical textile,the PLA meltblown material is modified by low-temperature oxygen plasma to obtain a hydrophilic PLA(P)meltblown material,and then the biodegradable PLA QCCS(P)meltblown material is obtained through grafting modification with quaternary ammonium carboxymethyl chitosan(QCCS).The comparison and analysis of the physical and chemical properties before and after modification show that the main crystal morphology of the PLA(P)meltblown material loaded with QCCS does not change;the air permeability of PLA-QCCS(P)increases by 29.2%compared with the PLA meltblown material;the contact angle of PLA-QCCS(P)decreases to(51.4±6.1)°,the diffusion areas of deionized water and amniotic blood are 8 and 12 times that of PLA respectively,and the coagulation time is shortened by 29.3%.The bacteriostatic rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli both reach higher than 99.0%.The research results provide a new method for the preparation of antibacterial and coagulation medical textiles.
