摘  要:将楮实子提取液用于纺织品染色,考察了提取工艺、染色方法及工艺参数对锦纶织物染色性能的影响,并对楮实子色素上染锦纶织物的机理进行了分析。结果表明:楮实子提取液采用同浴媒染法上染锦纶效果最佳;优化后的楮实子液提取条件为料液比1∶50,温度85℃,时间120 min;染色条件为提取液初始pH值5,浴比1∶40,温度80℃,时间75 min,媒染剂明矾质量浓度5 g/L;锦纶织物经楮实子染色后的K/S值为1.667,耐摩擦及皂洗色牢度在4级以上,染色性能良好;染色织物UPF值为100.2,TUVA值仅为2.77%,紫外线透射率在2%以下,防紫外线性能优良。The extract of Fructus Broussonetiae is used for textile dyeing,the effects of extraction process,dyeing methods,and conditions on the dyeing performance of nylon fabric are investigated,and the mechanism of nylon dyeing with Fructus Broussonetiae is analyzed.The experimental results show that using the one-bath mordant dyeing method to dye nylon with the extract of Fructus Broussonetiae has the best effect.Among them,the optimized extraction conditions of Fructus Broussonetiae are:extraction at 85 C for 120 min with material liquid ratio of 1:50;the dyeing conditions are:dyeing at 80℃for 75 min with initial pH value of 5,bath ratio of 1:40,and mordant alum of 5 g/L;The K/S value of nylon fabric dyed with Fructus Broussonetiae extract solution is 1.667,and the color fastness to rubbing and soaping is above 4 grade,indicating a good dyeing performance;the UPF value of the dyed fabric is 100.2,the Tuva value is only 2.77%,and the UV transmittance is below 2%,indicating an excellent UV resistance.
