摘  要:以平纹机织物、经编针织物与网格织物为骨架增强材料,采用熔融挤出成膜法制备热塑性聚氨酯复合膜。通过电子拉力试验机、显微镜及无水乙醇染色溶液浸润等分析检测手段,研究了TPU复合膜的力学性能与组织形貌特征。结果表明:聚芳酯与超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维的低伸长特性,能够约束TPU复合膜在其TPU弹性形变区间内工作,以织物骨架增强的TPU复合膜能够有效改善TPU膜制品的缺口敏感性;采用多元离散系数对同一织物骨架TPU复合膜的力学性能进行综合评价,以UHMWPE网格织物增强的TPU复合膜的S值最小,为0.044,优于聚芳酯网格织物增强的TPU复合膜(0.132)、锦纶平纹机织物增强的TPU复合膜(0.179)及锦纶经编针织物增强的TPU复合膜(0.19)。A thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)composite film is prepared using plain woven fabric,warp knitted fabric and mesh fabric as skeleton reinforcement materials by melt extrusion film-forming method.The mechanical properties and microstructure characteristics of TPU composite film are studied by electronic tensile testing machine,microscope and anhydrous ethanol staining solution infiltration analysis and detection methods.The results suggest that the low elongation characteristic of polyarylate fiber and UHMWPE fiber can constrain the TPU composite film to work within its TPU elastic deformation range.TPU composite film reinforced with fabric skeletons can effectively improve the notch sensitivity of TPU film products.The mechanical properties of the same fabric skeleton TPU composite membrane are comprehensively evaluated using multiple discrete coefficient.The S value of the TPU composite membrane reinforced with UHMWPE mesh fabric is the smallest,0.044,which is better than that of the TPU composite membrane reinforced with polyarylate mesh fabric(0.132),nylon plain woven fabric reinforced TPU composite membrane(0.179),and nylon warp knitted fabric reinforced TPU composite membrane(0.19).
