摘 要:探讨了酸、碱处理对棕色彩棉颜色稳定性的影响,发现碱处理对棕色彩棉颜色稳定性影响较大,酸处理对彩棉颜色稳定性影响较小。采用金属阳离子对棕色彩棉进行固色处理,研究了棕色彩棉经不同金属离子处理后再进行碱处理的颜色变化。结果表明,经Cu^(2+)、Ca^(2+)、Zn^(2+)和Mn^(2+)处理后的棕色彩棉再进行碱处理时,彩棉颜色相对稳定,其中颜色变化程度最小的为经Mn^(2+)处理的棕色彩棉,其色差值ΔE为1.7,说明采用金属离子处理可提升彩棉的颜色稳定性。The influence of acid and alkali treatment on the color stability of brown-colored cotton is explored,and it is concluded that alkali treatment has a greater impact on the color of brown-colored cotton,while acid treatment has a smaller impact on the color of brown-colored cotton.Metal cations are used in the color fixation of brown-colored cotton,and the color change of brown-colored cotton subjected to alkali treatment is studied.The results show that the color of brown colored coton treated with Cu^(2+)、Ca^(2+)、Zn^(2+)and Mn^(2+)is relatively stable,and the brown colored cotton treated with Mn^(2+)has the smallest degree of color change,with color difference value AE of 1.7,indicating that using metal ion treatment can improve the color stability of colored cotton.
