摘　　要：大学科研项目立项评审是大学学术同行评议活动中的一个重要表现或实践行为。为规范大学科研项目立项评审行为,提高大学科研项目评审的科学性,构建一套规范的大学科研项目立项同行评议指标体系势在必行。基于此,一方面,从指标选择的价值逻辑、行动逻辑和条件逻辑出发,阐述了同行评议指标体系构建的逻辑思路,并以此构建了一个包含四个一级指标和九个二级指标在内的指标体系;另一方面,运用AHP法计算和确定各层级指标的权重分配。The evaluation of university research projects is an important manifestation or practical behavior in academic peer review activities.To standardize it and make it more scientific,we need to establish a standardized peer review index system.This paper,starting from the value logic,action logic,and conditional logic of indicator selection,has elaborated the logical thinking of construction and constructed an indicator system consisting of four first-level indicators and nine second-level indicators.It has alsoused AHP method to calculate and determine the weight allocation of indicators at each level.
