外用重组人表皮生长因子治疗慢性浅表性口腔溃疡的药理价值

摘　　要：目的 研究外用重组人表皮生长因子治疗慢性浅表性口腔溃疡的药理价值。方法 80例慢性浅表性口腔溃疡患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组患者使用庆大霉素治疗,观察组患者外用重组人表皮生长因子治疗。比较两组患者治疗1周后疗效,溃疡愈合时间及治疗1周后溃疡个数、溃疡面积、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果 治疗1周后,观察组患者总有效率95.0%明显高于对照组的70.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的溃疡愈合时间(4.58±1.31)d短于对照组的(7.69±2.10)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1周后,观察组患者的溃疡个数(0.49±0.27)个少于对照组的(1.29±0.40)个,溃疡面积(0.26±0.09)mm^(2)小于对照组的(1.57±0.32)mm^(2), VAS评分(1.12±0.40)分低于对照组的(2.56±0.68)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 给予慢性浅表性口腔溃疡患者外用重组人表皮生长因子进行治疗,其治疗效果显著,能加速患者溃疡面的愈合,减轻溃疡疼痛程度,值得进行临床推广。Objective To study the pharmacological value of recombinant human epidermal growth factor for external use in the treatment of chronic superficial oral ulcer.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic superficial oral ulcer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gentamicin,and the observation group was treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor for external use.The curative effect after 1 week of treatment,ulcer healing time,number of ulcers,area of ulcers and visual analogue scale(VAS)score after 1 week of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 week of treatment,the total effective rate of 95.0%in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 70.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ulcer healing time of(4.58±1.31)d in the observation group was shorter than that of(7.69±2.10)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the number of ulcers of(0.49±0.27)ulcers in the observation group was less than that of 2(1.29±0.40)ulcers in the control group,the area of ulcers of(0.26±0.09)mm^(2) was less than that of(1.57±20.32)mm^(2) in the control group,and the VAS score of(1.12±0.40)points was lower than that of(2.56±0.68)points in the control group.The differences were statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human epidermal growth factor for external use has significant effect on patients with chronic superficial oral ulcer,which can accelerate the healing of ulcer surface,reduce the degree of ulcer pain,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
