圆利针针刺颈百劳穴治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探析神经根型颈椎病患者采取圆利针针刺颈百劳穴治疗的效果。方法 收集2022年1—12月武冈市中医医院针灸科门诊及住院患者符合纳入标准的60例神经根型颈椎病患者,依据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组、观察组分别实施普通针刺、圆利针针刺治疗。比较两组颈痛量表(NPQ)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、疗效、复发率及不良反应。结果 观察组治疗有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组NPQ评分[(21.15±5.32)分]、VAS评分[(1.45±0.35)分]低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率与不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在神经根型颈椎病治疗中,圆利针针刺颈百劳穴成为高效的治疗方法,可改善患者颈痛程度,控制其病情复发,降低患者不良反应发生率,临床上可借鉴及推广。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of circular needle acupuncture at Jingbailao acupoint on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods From January to December 2022,a total of 60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient and inpatient Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Wugang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.Divide into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were treated with ordinary needle and ring needle,respectively.Compare the North-wick park(NPQ)score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,efficacy,recurrence rate,and adverse reactions between two groups of patients.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the NPQ score(21.15±5.32)and VAS score(1.45±0.35)of the observation group were lower than another group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and total adverse reaction rate in the observation group were lower than another group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,circular needle acupuncture at Jingbailao acupoint has become an effective treatment method,which can improve the degree of neck pain,control disease recurrence,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients.Can be referenced and promoted in clinical practice.
