摘　　要：肌少症是一种与增龄相关的肌肉量减少、肌肉力量下降和/或躯体功能减退的老年综合征。原发性肌少症通常发生在老年人群中,其发病机制与患者整个生命过程中的生活方式和风险因素的影响有关。随着社会老龄化程度的不断加快,关于肌少症诊断方法的研究已成为老年医学领域的热点。在应用较成熟的临床试验方法和影像学检查方法的基础上,近年来提出了各类评分量表及D-3肌酸稀释法等新的诊断方法。且国内外研究者开始着力于从众多的肌少症诊断方法中探索最符合其病理生理学特点的“金标准”,进而提高肌少症的诊断和治疗水平。本文将对临床常用的肌少症诊断方法进行系统性阐述,为肌少症临床诊断思路提供参考。Sarcopenia is an elderly syndrome with decreased muscle mass,decreased muscle strength and/or decreased physical function related to aging.Primary sarcopenia usually occurs in the elderly,with pathogenesis related to the lifestyle and risk factors of patients throughout their lives.With the continuous acceleration of social aging,the research on the diagnostic methods of sarcopenia has become a hot topic in the field of geriatric medicine.Based on the application of mature clinical trial methods and imaging examination methods,new diagnostic methods such as various rating scales and D-3 creatine dilution method have been put forward in recent years.Moreover,researchers at home and abroad began to explore the"gold standard"that best conforms to its pathophysiological characteristics from many diagnostic methods of sarcopenia,so as to improve the diagnosis and treatment level of sarcopenia.In this paper,the commonly used clinical diagnosis methods of sarcopenia will be systematically expounded,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis of sarcopenia.
