摘　　要：脑卒中在我国主要呈现高致病、高致死、高治疗负担等特点。因具有致残特殊性,患者常容易形成不同程度的病耻感,导致患者产生负性情绪影响其心理健康,严重时可降低生活质量,而及早评估能帮助临床更早发现并有效预防病耻感的发生,因此如何选择合理的测评工具显得尤为重要。本文主要对脑卒中患者病耻感的流行病学概况及影响因素进行概述,并对国内外常用病耻感评估量表及相关内容给予总结,以期为临床进行病耻感的预防、评估和干预提供参考。Stroke in China mainly presents characteristics such as high pathogenicity,high mortality,and high treatment burden.Due to the particularity of disability,patients are often prone to developing varying degrees of shame,leading to negative emotions that affect their mental health.In severe cases,it can reduce the quality of life.Early assessment can help us detect and effectively prevent the occurrence of shame earlier,so it is particularly important to choose a reasonable evaluation tool.This study mainly provides an overview of the epidemiological situation and influencing factors of shame in stroke patients,and summarizes the commonly used shame assessment scales and related content at home and abroad,in order to provide reference for clinical prevention,evaluation,and intervention of shame.
