摘　　要：本文旨在阐释舒肝宁注射液的组方解析及其临床应用适应证的探讨。舒肝宁注射液组方、治则治法秉承仲景的思想,结合现代医学对黄疸的认识,秉持“扶正祛邪”的治法,在治疗黄疸湿热证经典方之茵陈蒿汤的基础上加减化裁而成。因此,本文基于茵陈蒿汤的方证理论浅谈传统中医对黄疸湿热证的病因病机、病位、临床症状及治法的认识,再结合现代医学对黄疸的认识,阐释舒肝宁注射液的组方思路。再结合现代中医学对黄疸与肝炎的认识和论治,以及舒肝宁注射液的临床应用指南和专家共识,进一步探讨舒肝宁注射液的作用、主治症状和主治疾病,以期为舒肝宁注射液的临床诊疗提供方法和理论依据。This article aims to explain the formulation analysis of Shuganning injection and explore its clinical application indications.The formulation and treatment principles and the methods of Shuganning injection adhere to Zhang Zhongjing’s ideas,combined with modern medicine’s understanding of jaundice,and adhere to the treatment method of"strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors".It is made by adding or reducing the classic formula of Yinchenhao Decoction for treating jaundice damp-heat syndrome.Therefore,based on the prescription theory of Yinchenhao Decoction,this article discusses traditional Chinese medicine’s understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis,location of disease,clinical symptoms,and treatment of jaundice damp-heat syndrome.Combined with modern medicine’s understanding of jaundice,this article explains the formulation of the Shuganning injection.Combined with the understanding and treatment of jaundice and hepatitis in modern Traditional Chinese medicine and the clinical application guidance and expert consensus of Shuganning injection,the role,main symptoms and main diseases of Shuganning injection are further discussed in order to provide methods and theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of Shuganning injection.
