丹鹿通督片联合艾瑞昔布对腰椎管源性疼痛疼痛程度、炎症因子、生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析在腰椎管源性疼痛治疗中采取丹鹿通督片联合艾瑞昔布治疗对患者疼痛程度、炎症因子及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年12月枣庄市中医医院收治的120例腰椎管源性疼痛患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各60例。对照组采取常规保守治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采取丹鹿通督片联合艾瑞昔布治疗,比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、生活质量评定量表(Barthel指数)、炎症因子水平、腰椎功能评估量表(JOA)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分,同时分析治疗后临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果 治疗前,两组的JOA评分、PSQI评分、炎症因子水平、Barthel指数、VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分、炎症因子水平、PSQI评分低于对照组,观察组临床疗效、JOA评分、Barthel指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在腰椎管源性疼痛治疗中对患者采取丹鹿通督片联合艾瑞昔布治疗可显著提高疾病治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effects of Danlu Tongdu Tablets combined with imrecoxib on the degree of pain,inflammatory factors and quality of life of patients with lumbar spinal canal pain.Methods A total of 120 patients with lumbar spinal canal pain admitted to Zaozhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional conservative treatment,and the observation group was treated with Danlu Tongdu Tablets combined with imrecoxib on the basis of treatment of the control group.visual analogue scale(VAS)score,quality of life rating scale(Barthel index),inflammatory factor level,lumbar function rating scale(JOA)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)before and after treatment were compared and analyzed,and the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions after treatment were also analyzed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in JOA score,PSQI score,inflammatory factor level,Barthel index and VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score,inflammatory factor level and PSQI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the clinical efficacy,JOA score and Barthel index of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of lumbar spinal canal pain,Danlu Tongdu Tablets combined with imrecoxib can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of the disease.
