摘　　要：目的 探讨闪罐法配合机械振动排痰治疗小儿重症肺炎的效果情况。方法 选取2022年1—7月在厦门市妇幼保健院儿内科二区住院治疗的重症肺炎患儿78例,根据随机数表法将患儿分为试验组和对照组,每组各39例。对照组患儿给予常规护理,试验组患儿在对照组基础上使用闪罐法配合机械振动排痰。统计比较两组患儿的临床疗效、治疗前后症状总积分、主要症状和体征消失时间。结果 试验组患儿的临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿的主要症状和体征消失时间及治疗后症状总积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 闪罐法配合机械振动排痰治疗在一定程度上能有效缓解小儿重症肺炎症状,提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the effectiveness of quick cupping combined with mechanical vibration expectoration in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 78 children with severe pneumonia who were hospitalized in the Department of Pediatrics in DistrictⅡat Xiamen Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital from January to July 2022 were selected.The children were divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group of children received routine care,while the experimental group of children received quick cupping combined with mechanical vibration expectoration on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The clinical efficacy,the total score of symptoms before and after treatment,and the disappearance time of main symptoms and signs between the two groups of children were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The time of symptom disappearance and total symptom score before and after treatment in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of quick cupping and mechanical vibration expectoration therapy can effectively alleviate the symptoms of severe pneumonia in children to a certain extent,and improve clinical efficacy.
