生化汤对完全性前置胎盘剖宫产术后子宫复旧的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨生化汤对完全性前置胎盘(CPP)患者剖宫产术后子宫复旧的作用。方法选取2021年1月至2022年7月在南京医科大学附属苏州医院剖宫产分娩的CPP患者126例,采用单纯随机抽样法(抽签法)分为研究组63例和对照组63例,研究组剖宫产术后予缩宫素静滴+口服生化汤促进子宫复旧,对照组剖宫产术后予缩宫素静滴促进子宫复旧。统计研究对象的一般情况,分析两组研究对象剖宫产术后子宫复旧情况。结果研究组术后第3天和术后第5天的宫底下降幅度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后第3天和术后第5天的阴道出血量均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后第5天的白细胞(WBC)和C反应蛋白(CRP)均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后第5天的血红蛋白(HB)和血小板(PLT)均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产后腹痛持续时间、血性恶露持续时间、恶露持续时间和产后42 d子宫三径之和均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CPP患者剖宫产术后口服生化汤能显著减少恶露量,缩短恶露排出时间,减轻产妇术后疼痛,促进子宫复旧。Objective To explore the effect of Shenghua Decoction on uterine involution after caesarean section in patients with complete placenta praevia(CPP).Methods From January 2021 to July 2022,126 CPP patients who delivered by caesarean section at the Affiliated Suzhou Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were selected and divided into the study group(63 cases)and the control group(63 cases)by simple random sampling(lot drawing).The study group was given oxytocin intravenous drip+oral Shenghua decoction to promote uterine involution after caesarean section,and the control group was given oxytocin intravenous drip to promote uterine involution after caesarean section.The general conditions of the subjects were statistically analyzed,and the uterine involution after caesarean section of the two groups of subjects was analyzed.Results The decrease in uterine fundus in the study group on the 3rd and 5th postoperative days was greater than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The vaginal bleeding volume on the 3rd and 5th postoperative days in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The white blood cell(WBC)and C-reactive protein(CRP)of the study group on the 5th day after surgery were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The hemoglobin(HB)and platelet(PLT)of the study group on the 5th day after surgery were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The duration of postpartum abdominal pain,duration of bloody lochia,duration of lochia,and the sum of three diameters of the uterine at 42 days postpartum in the study group were all smaller than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion After caesarean section in CPP patients,taking Shenghua Decoction orally can significantly reduce the amount of lochia,shorten the time of lochia discharge,alleviate the postoperative pain o
