摘 要:从喷墨印花技术的原理出发,回顾了喷墨印花技术的发展历史以及当下在纺织品印花领域的应用现状,介绍了喷墨印花中印花效果提升的研究进展,分析了各种印花效果提升策略的作用机制以及对印花质量的影响,最后根据现有的研究分析了碳点在纺织品数码喷墨印花方面的应用,以望对未来相关领域研究提供参考.Ink-jet printing,also known as digital printing,refers to the process of printing designed patterns onto fabrics using an ink-jet printing machine,is gradually replacing traditional printing methods as the focal point of the textile printing industry.This paper firstly reviews the development history of inkjet printing technology and its working principle to understand the current status of its application in textile printing,and then introduces the research progress of printing effect enhancement in inkjet printing,analyzing the functioning mechanism of various printing effect enhancement strategies as well as their impact on printing quality.For example,improving the properties of printing inks,such as surface tension and viscosity,can control the diffusion process of ink droplets on different fabric surfaces while improving stability and adaptability.Adding different organic solvents to water-based inks can disrupt the glacial structure between dye molecules and water molecules and reduce the accumulation of dyes.Dye-adsorbed nanomicrospheres for printing inks can improve coloring performance and reduce the discharge of dyeing wastewater.Surface modification of different fabrics can control the diffusion direction and depth of ink droplets on fabrics to improve color fastness and the contour of printing patterns.Finally,the application of carbon dots in digital inkjet printing on textiles is analyzed based on existing research.Since the surface of carbon dots is rich in active functional groups,it has great potential for improving ink performance and modifying fabric surface,especially in inkjet printing.However,the current study only focuses on the printing of anticounterfeit patterns.It is hoped that this review will serve as a reference for future researchers in related fields in terms of research directions and trends.
