摘 要:成功开发了一种用于废水处理的高吸附容量、高力学性能及可循环使用的重金属离子吸附复合凝胶,通过将旧棉花水解得到的纤维对聚丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺/聚乙烯醇复合凝胶进行掺杂改性,有效提高了材料的重金属离子吸附容量.该凝胶对污水中普遍存在的几种重金属离子(Cu^(2+),Cd^(2+),Ni^(2+)和Pb^(2+))具有优异的吸附和解吸附能力.本研究解决了凝胶因力学性能差而无法循环使用的问题,有望应用于工业废水中重金属离子的富集和移除.With the rapid development of modern economy,the issue of environmental protection has attracted wide attention.Especially,the environmental problems generated by heavy metal industrial waste water are becoming increasingly serious and have caused enormous safety hazards,environmental pressure and economic burdens.How to efficient dispose the sewage by low-cost approach has been a troublesome problem.Adsorption is one of the most classical methods for removing heavy metal ions with the advantages of simple equipment and high treatment efficiency,in which the selection and use of adsorption materials are the key factors affecting the adsorption performance.In this study,a waste cotton hydrolytic fiber doped poly(acrylamide-coacrylic acid)/PVA composite hydrogel with high heavy metal ion sorption and excellent mechanical performance has been successfully synthesized and used for sewage treatment.The heavy metal ions sorption capacity of composite hydrogel has improved due to the formation of micropores structure caused by introduction of cotton fiber.The composite hydrogel shows outstanding sorption and desorption efficiency for heavy metal ions(Cu^(2+),Cd^(2+),Ni ^(2+)and Pb^(2+))which are commonly present in electroplating sewage.This method solved the problem that the hydrogel can not be cyclic utilized,and the obtained materials is expected to be applied the treatment of heavy metal sewage.
