摘　　要：近年来,随着我国脱贫攻坚战取得全面胜利和乡村振兴战略的实施。人民群众生活水平不断提高,牛肉也成为菜桌上的必需品,牛肉需求量也在逐年增加,造成牛肉的价格直线飞速上涨。越来越多的人加入小型肉牛养殖行列。为促使乡村振兴“三农”发展对于肉牛养殖企业、养殖户抵御风险能力的提高。通过观察、实地调研等方式走访甘肃周边优秀肉牛养殖企业、养殖户,总结了小型肉牛场的管理防范措施,供广大养殖户参考。In recent years,my country has won an all-round victory in the fight against poverty and implemented the strategy of rural revitalization.The living standards of the people continue to improve,and beef has become a necessity on the table.The demand for beef is also increasing year by year,which causes the price of beef to rise in a straight line.More and more people join the ranks of small beef cattle farming.This is to promote the development of rural revitalization"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"and improve the ability of beef cattle breeding enterprises and farmers to resist risks.Through observation,field research and other methods to visit excellent beef cattle breeding enterprises and farmers around Gansu,this study summarizes the management and precautions of small beef cattle farms,which can be used as a reference for the majority of farmers.
