摘  要:一只3岁的雄性去势橘猫用促肾上腺皮质素(ACTH)试验诊断为原发性慢性肾上腺皮质机能减退(HAC),该猫前期使用泼尼松龙和醋酸氟氢可的松联合用药一段时间后治疗效果不佳,后来使用泼尼松龙和盐皮质质激素(DOCP)联合治疗,效果较好,现经过两年半的持续治疗仍然健在,且生活质量良好。该病例表明,当醋酸氟氢可的松作为盐皮质激素治疗猫HAC效果不佳时,DOCP可以成功地作为盐皮质激素补充剂用于猫的肾上腺皮质机能减退。A 3-year-old male castrated orange cat with primary chronic hypoadrenal insufficiency(HAC)was diagnosed with the corticotropin(ACTH)test.The cat was treated with a combination of prednisolone and fludrocortisone acetate for a period of time,and the treatment effect was not good.Later we used prednisolone and mineralocorticoid corticosteroids(DOCP)combination therapy,the effect is better.After two and a half years of continuous treatment,the cat is still alive and has a good quality of life.This case demonstrates that DOCP can be successfully used as a mineralocorticoid supplement in cats with hypoadrenal insufficiency when fludrocortisone acetate was not effective as a mineralocorticoid for HAC in cats.
