摘 要:金水流域湖泊众多,水系复杂,涵闸密布,易遭洪涝灾害。为提高项目区防洪排涝能力,保障水安全,提出了合理的外排方案,构建河网规划图,建立湖泊调蓄演算模型。针对不同典型年来水过程进行调蓄演算,提出了新建鲁湖泵站、实现分区独立外排的防洪排涝规划方案。当鲁湖泵站设计排涝流量为63 m^(3)/s时,满足设计防洪排涝标准,同时防洪排涝调度更为灵活。该设计方案可供类似防洪排涝工程规划参考。Jinshui basin is of numerous lakes,complex water systems,and dense sluice gates,which are vulnerable to flood and waterlogging.To improve the flood control and waterlogging drainage capacity of the area and ensure the water safety,a reasonable outward drainage scheme is proposed by constructing a river network planning map and establishing a lake regulation and storage calculation model.Based on the regulation and storage calculation results of the inflow process in different typical years,a flood control and drainage planning scheme is proposed,in which a new Luhu Lake pump station is planned and an independent drainage of different zones is realized.When the design discharge flow of Luhu Lake pump station is 63 m^(3)/s,the flood control and drainage standards are fulfilled,while the regulation process could be more flexible.The proposed planning scheme can be useful reference for similar flood control and drainage projects.
