摘 要:介绍了一种应用于染烘一体装置的聚酯染色新工艺。为实现精准供液、节能减排和高质量染色目的进行工艺参数优选试验,通过改变染液质量分数、焙烘温度和焙烘时间,测试与分析不同上染工艺参数下聚酯纱线的染色性能,获得的较优的染色工艺参数为染液质量分数2.0%、焙烘温度160℃、焙烘时间为40 min。A new polyester dyeing process applied to an integrated dyeing and drying system was introduced.For the precise liquid supply,energy saving,emission reduction and high quality dyeing,the process parameters optimization test was carried out.By changing the mass fraction of dye solution,baking temperature and baking time,testing and analyzing the dyeing performance of polyester yarn under different upper dyeing process parameters,the optimal dyeing process parameters were obtained as follows:mass fraction of dyeing solution was 2.0%,baking temperature was 160℃,baking time was 40 min.
