称重混棉机的精确称重研究与应用

摘　　要：研究称重混棉机的精确称重工艺,包括机械结构、电气控制和工艺流程。介绍了称重混棉机的称重混合原理及混纺工艺流程,分析其存在问题。升级设计了JWF1081/A型称重混棉机及标准的混纺、色纺工艺流程。升级后的JWF1081/A型称重混棉机自动化程度高、产量高、称重精确,使用升级后标准的混纺、色纺工艺流程生产的纱线,纤维混合均匀、混纺比准确。生产实践证明:升级后的称重混棉机及标准工艺流程,在国内外中高端市场得到广泛应用,单条生产线实际产量可达1180 kg/h,纱线混纺比波动始终控制在混纺比的±1.0%内,纱线织布后染色均匀、无横档现象,基本能够满足混纺及色纺市场的需求。The precise weighing technology of weighing mixer was studied,including mechanical structure,electrical control and technological process.The weighing and mixing principle and the blending process of the weighing mixer were introduced,and the existing problems were briefly analyzed.The JWF1081/A weighing mixer and the standard blending and color spinning process flow have been upgraded and designed.High automation,high output and accurate weighing are the characteristics of the weighing mixer.The yarn produced using the standard process flow has uniform fiber mixing and accurate blending ratio.It has been proved that the weighing mixer and the standard process flow have been widely used in the high-end markets at home and abroad,and the actual output of a single production line can reach 1180 kg/h,the fluctuation of yarn blending ratio is always controlled within±1.0% of the blending ratio,and the yarn is dyed evenly after weaving,without crossovers,which can basically meet the needs of the blending and color spinning market.
