摘　　要：伴随信息化进程的加快和管理精细化要求的提高,房产管理信息化建设成为广电数据管理的一个重要课题,信息化背景下的广电房产管理系统的设计和实现旨在打造一个全方位的房产数字管理和决策的平台。文章从业务管理需要出发,设计和建设了房产管理系统房产管理、图形化管理、产权产籍管理、统计分析与查询等功能模块,涵盖了大楼、楼层、房间、住宅、商铺、房屋所有权证、土地证、不动产证等管理对象,能够实现广电房产全业务管理的数字化、规范化和高效化。With the acceleration of the process of informatization and the improvement of the requirements of fine management,the construction of real estate management informatization has become an important subject of broadcasting data management.The design and implementation of broadcasting estate management system under the background of informatization aims to create a comprehensive platform for real estate digital management and decision-making.Starting from the needs of business management,this paper designs and builds functional modules of the real estate management system,such as real estate management,graphic management,property ownership management,statistical analysis and query.The system covers management objects such as buildings,floors,rooms,residences,shops,housing ownership certificates,land certificates,real estate certificates,etc.,which can realize digital,standardized and efficient management of the whole business of broadcasting real estate.
