摘 要:由胶孢炭疽菌复合种(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides species complex)引起的炭疽病是珍珠李(Prunus salicina Lind1)产业生产上的主要病害,为明确珍珠李炭疽菌对吡唑醚菌酯、苯醚甲环唑和咪鲜胺的敏感性,比较不同地理来源及不同种炭疽菌对三种药剂敏感性差异。采用菌丝生长速率法分别测定三种杀菌剂对采自不同地区26株珍珠李炭疽菌的药剂敏感性。结果表明,供试的26株珍珠李炭疽菌对咪鲜胺的敏感性最高,EC_(50)值介于0.0108~0.6452μg/mL之间,平均值为(0.1912±0.03)μg/mL;苯醚甲环唑次之,EC_(50)值介于0.1658~2.1680μg/mL之间,平均值为(0.7258±0.0880)μg/mL;吡唑醚菌酯最低,EC_(50)值介于0.0583~84.5660μg/mL之间,平均值为(6.2763±3.5255)μg/mL。供试的26株珍珠李炭疽菌整体对以上三种杀菌剂敏感,且对咪鲜胺的敏感性最高,苯醚甲环唑次之,对吡唑醚菌酯的敏感性最低。本研究结果可为珍珠李炭疽病的化学防治提供科学参考。In order to determine the sensitivity of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides species complex collected from Longtan pearl plum orchard to three commonly used fungicides,pyraclostrobin,difenoconazole and prochloraz,and compare the sensitivity differences between different geographical origin and different species of Colletotrichum isolates to three fungicides,the sensitivity of 26 isolates was determined with mycelial growth rate method.The results indicated that 26 isolates were most sensitive to prochloraz,the 50%effective concentration(EC_(50))value was between 0.0108-0.6452μg/mL,and mean EC_(50) value was(0.1912±0.03)μg/mL;difenoconazole was the second,the EC_(50)value was between 0.1658-2.1680μg/mL,and mean EC_(50) value was(0.7258±0.088)μg/mL;pyraclostrobin was the lowest,the EC_(50)value was between 0.0583-84.5660μg/mL,and mean EC_(50) value was(6.2763±3.5255)μg/mL.26 isolates of Colletotrichum species were generally sensitive to above three fungicides,and the sensitivity to prochloraz was the highest,followed by difenoconazole,and the sensitivity to pyraclostrobin was the lowest.The results of this study provided references for the chemical control of Longtan pearl plum leaf blight.
