摘　　要：基于全国研究生教育工作会议精神及教育部出台的有关加强导师思政工作的文件,文章从医药学研究生专业教育的教学实际需要出发,以全新视角提出基于思政视域下研究生导师指导带教能力与培养质量的研究,并立足于当前医药学研究生导师带教出现的相关问题,提出了提升研究生培养质量的解决方案和优化对策。Based on the spirit of National Postgraduate Education Working Conference and related documents of enhancing political and ideological work of supervisors issued by the Ministry of Education,this paper starts from the actual teaching needs of medical postgraduate professional education,proposes the research on the guiding and teaching ability and cultivation quality of postgraduate supervisors based on political and ideological perspective from a new angle,and puts forward solutions and optimizing strategies of improving graduate cultivation quality based on relevant problems in current guiding and teaching of postgraduate supervisors.
