摘　　要：随着中国社会经济的发展,社会需求不断变化,卫生管理人才对中国经济的转型升级尤为重要。文章介绍了“1+X”证书制度背景下,牡丹江医学院为培养应用型卫生管理人才,深化教师、教材、教法“三教”改革,对人才培养模式进行改革,构建“课证融通理实一体化”的人才培养模式,通过课程设计并开展有效的教学实施,以培养高素质、应用型的卫生管理人才。With the development of social economy in China and the changes of social needs,health management talents are particularly important for the transformation and upgrading of China s economy.This paper introduces that under the background of the“1+X”certificate system,Mudanjiang Medical University deepens the reform of the“three teachings”of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods,reforms the talent training mode,builds a talent training mode of“intermediation of course and certificate,unification of theory and practice”,and carries out effective teaching through curriculum design,so as to cultivate high-quality and application-oriented health management talents.
