摘　　要：近年来,国家鼓励在民用建筑工程中施行建筑师负责制,但在实践中建筑师负责制的推广较为困难。究其原因,建筑师负责制的相应制度条件仍不完善,无法全面保障建筑师的“权责利”,具体落地方案仍处于探索阶段。本文选取建筑师负责制发展相对完善的美国作为对比分析对象,从建筑师身份定位、建筑师执业权责利等方面对比中美建筑师负责制的差异,总结中国建筑师负责制落实中存在的问题和矛盾,基于此提出更新工程管理模式、根据国情完善相应配套政策的建议,希望为建筑师负责制在我国的落地实施提供借鉴。In recent years,the state has encouraged the implementation of the architect responsibility system in civil construction projects,but in practice it is difficult to promote the architect responsibility system.The reason is that the corresponding institutional conditions of the architect’s responsibility system are still not perfect,and the“rights and responsibilities”of architects cannot be fully guaranteed,and the specific landing plan is still in the exploration stage.This paper selects the United States,where the development of the architect responsibility system is relatively perfect,as the comparative analysis object,compares the differences between the Chinese and American architect responsibility system from the aspects of architect’s identity positioning,architects’practice rights and responsibilities,summarizes the problems and contradictions in the implementation of the Chinese architect responsibility system,and puts forward suggestions on updating the project management mode and improving the corresponding supporting policies according to the national conditions,hoping to provide reference for the implementation of the architect responsibility system in China.
