摘　　要：老旧小区改造项目在实际运行过程中可能较新建项目更容易出现成本超支、成本纠纷等问题。本文从建设单位视角,结合实际工作经验总结出老旧小区改造项目的四个典型特性,而后基于特性分析改造项目实际运行中存在的成本管理难点,并针对性地提出改进建议。The actual operation of the renovation project of old residential areas may be more prone to cost overruns,cost disputes and other problems than the new project.From the perspective of the construction unit,this article summarizes four typical characteristics of the renovation project of old residential areas based on practical work experience.And then analyzes the cost management difficulties in the actual operation of the renewal projects based on the characteristics,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
