摘  要:目的建立急支糖浆HPLC特征图谱,并测定原儿茶酸、原儿茶醛、绿原酸、柚皮苷、新橙皮苷、甘草酸铵、白花前胡甲素的含量。方法该药物70%甲醇提取液的分析采用Waters Xbridge C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-2%冰乙酸,梯度洗脱;柱温25℃;检测波长254、280、325 nm。结果11批样品特征图谱中有11个共有峰。7种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(R^(2)≥0.9995),平均加样回收率96.2%~100.4%,RSD 1.3%~2.7%。结论该方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于急支糖浆的质量控制。AIM To establish the characteristic HPLC chromatograms for Jizhi Syrup,and to determine the contents of procatechuic acid,protocatechuic aldehyde,chlorogenic acid,naringin,neohesperidin,ammonium glycyrrhizinate and praeruptorin A.METHODS The analysis of 70%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 25℃thermostatic Waters Xbridge C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-2%glacial acetic acid in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 254,280,325 nm.RESULTS There were eleven common peaks in the characteristic chromatograms for eleven batches of samples.Seven constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(R^(2)≥0.9995),whose average recoveries were 96.2%-100.4%with the RSDs of 1.3%-2.7%.CONCLUSION This simple,accurate and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Jizhi Syrup.
