益气活血化痰方联合阿托伐他汀钙对颈动脉粥样硬化患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的考察益气活血化痰方联合阿托伐他汀钙对颈动脉粥样硬化患者的临床疗效。方法103例患者随机分为对照组(51例)和观察组(52例),对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙,观察组在对照组基础上加用益气活血化痰方,疗程24周。检测临床疗效、Crouse评分、中医证候评分、血脂指标(TG、TC、HDL、LDL)、炎症因子(SAA、IL-1β、IL-6)、MHR、安全性指标变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Crouse评分、中医证候评分、TG、TC、LDL、炎症因子、MHR降低(P<0.05),其中中医证候评分、TC、SAA、IL-6低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组未发现明显不良反应。结论益气活血化痰方联合阿托伐他汀钙可安全有效地调节颈动脉粥样硬化患者机体脂质代谢紊乱,减轻炎症反应,降低炎症风险,从而达到缓解甚至逆转病情的作用。AIM To investigate the clinical effects of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Formula combined with atorvastatin calcium on patients with carotid atherosclerosis.METHODS One hundred and three patients were randomly assigned into control group(51 cases)for 24-week administration of atorvastatin calcium,and observation group(52 cases)for 24-week administration of both Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Formula and atorvastatin calcium.The changes in clinical efficacy,Crouse score,TCM syndrome score,blood lipid indices(TG,TC,HDL,LDL),inflammatory factors(SAA,IL-1β,IL-6),MHR and safety indices were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the observation group demonstrated decreased Crouse score,TCM syndrome score,TG,TC,LDL,inflammatory factors and MHR(P<0.05),among which TCM syndrome score,TC,SAA and IL-6 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observable in the two groups.CONCLUSION For the patients with carotid atherosclerosis,Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Formula combined with atorvastatin calcium can safely and effectively regulate lipid metabolism disorder,alleviate inflammatory responses,and reduce inflammatory risk,thus achieve the effect of alleviating or even reversing disease.
