摘 要:夏季无机房观光电梯井道内温度过高,导致电梯故障率升高。本文通过建立无机房观光电梯井道及部件模型,基于CFD方法对电梯各发热部件进行仿真分析,获得了各发热部件的对流换热系数。对夏季井道内阳光辐射效应进行等效计算,通过瞬态分析法对井道内气温随时间变化情况进行仿真分析。在井道存在上、下部开口的情况下,考虑井道风量调整系数对通风情况的影响,通过对边界条件进行设置,模拟了井道内空气流动情况,对井道热量的换热情况进行了仿真分析。本文对于无机房观光电梯使用环境的温度控制及改善方面,提供一定的参考。The temperature of the elevator shaft without machine room is too high in summer,which leads to the increase of elevator failure rate.In this paper,the models of the elevator shaft and its components are established,and the heat transfer coefficients of the heating components are obtained based on CFD method.The equivalent calculation of solar radiation effect in the hoistway in summer is carried out,and the simulation analysis of the temperature change with time in the hoistway is carried out through the transient analysis method.In the case of the upper and lower openings of the hoistway,considering the influence of the hoistway air volume adjustment coefficient on the ventilation situation,through setting the boundary conditions,simulates the air flow in the hoistway,and makes simulation analysis on the heat exchange in the hoistway.This paper provides some reference for the temperature control and improvement of the operating environment of sightseeing elevator without machine room.
