摘  要:在某高压管壳式换热器建造过程中,管板与换热管连接采用了焊后混合胀工艺,即先焊后胀,胀接采用液压胀加机械胀的混合胀工艺。液压胀具有柔性胀接方法的应力均匀、抗应力腐蚀强和易于胀入孔槽等特点,而机械胀能够保证所要求的胀度和消除液压胀残余的轴向应力。胀接工艺试验通过耐压循环试验、氦检漏试验以及拉脱力试验等验证合格,最终用于产品证明该工艺满足换热器的技术要求。During the fabrication of a high pressure shell-and-tube heat exchanger,welding and combined expanding process was adopted for the joints of tube to tubesheet,ie:the joints were first welded and then combined expanded using hydro expanding and mechanical expending.Soft hydro expanding have advantages such as the stress is even distributed,higher anti stress corrosion property,easy to expanding into tubesheet groove,etc.,meanwhile,the mechanical expanding process have advantages such as easy to ensure expanding ratio,can eliminate residual axial stress caused by hydro expanding.These completed joints were qualified by the cycle hydrostatic testing,the Helium leakage detection testing and pull off testing,the completed heat exchanger was put into service and proving this joint process can meet technical requirement of the heat exchanger.
