摘  要:由于承压类设备输送物质的特殊性,接头部位非常容易出现松动。针对传统的接头检测方法受场地影响存在劳动强度大、检测效率低、结果可信度较低,非常容易引起泄漏或爆炸等问题,本文通过对传统的接头检测方法进行分析,提出了一种基于无损检测技术的承压设备接头检测方案,对多种无损检测技术进行了介绍,对硬件模块进行了设计,经现场应用表明本次设计方案检测新技术检测效率高、效果好、系统误判率≤0.30%,取得良好的应用效果。Due to the particularity of materials conveyed by pressure-bearing equipment,the joints are very prone to loosening.In view of the fact that the traditional joint detection method is affected by the site,there are problems such as high labor intensity,low detection efficiency,low reliability of the result,and it is very easy to cause leakage or explosion.This paper analyzes the traditional joint detection method and proposes a method.The pressure equipment joint detection scheme based on non-destructive testing technology is introduced,and a variety of non-destructive testing technologies are introduced,and the hardware modules are designed.The field application shows that the new detection technology of this design scheme has high detection efficiency,good effect,and system misjudgment rate is≤0.30%,and good application effect is achieved.
