摘  要:在对塔式容器进行设计计算时,不仅需要考虑的影响因素繁多,而且其校核计算也较为复杂。对于采用ASME标准规范进行建造的塔式容器,本文介绍了几个在使用PV Elite软件对其进行建模和校核计算时需着重注意和考虑的地方,如合理选择地脚螺栓的计算方法、对塔器进行合理分段建模计算以及考虑轴向应力对于开孔补强的影响等,以便提醒设计人员能够全面考虑计算的正确性和完整性,进而提高塔器操作的稳定性和安全性。Various influential factors should be considered during the process of column vessel designing,and the checking calculation is quite complicated.In this paper,several notes which need to be paid great attention to are introduced when using PV Elite software for modeling and checking calculation for column vessels built on the basis of ASME standard codes,such as reasonable selection of calculation method of anchor bolt,reasonable segmental modeling calculation for column and considering the influence of axial stress on opening reinforcement,in order that reminding designers to consider the correctness and integrity of calculation comprehensively,and then improving the stability and safety of column operation.
