电站锅炉集箱等承压部件提前失效原因及预防措施分析

摘　　要：在日常制造监检、安装监检中发现常有承压件因热处理设备缺陷、工艺不正确、过程存在偏差等因素出现未承压运行就提前失效,同时在锅炉首次定期检验中发现投运不久的锅炉也有前述问题出现。本文通过近年来收集的相关案例并对形成不合格的相关指标(金相组织、硬度指标等)进行原因分析,并概要说明承压类技术规程及相关标准对热处理工序的规定与要求,建议采取切实可行措施,以提高热处理工序实施的有效性和结果的符合性。In the daily manufacturing supervision and inspection and installation supervision and inspection,the pressure parts often fail in advance due to the defects of heat treatment equipment,incorrect process,process deviation and other factors.At the same time,it is found in the first periodic inspection of the boiler that the boiler has not been put into operation for a long time.Based on the relevant cases collected by the author in recent years,this paper analyzes the causes of the unqualified relevant indexes(metallographic structure,hardness index,etc.),briefly explains the provisions and requirements of pressure bearing technical regulations and relevant standards on the heat treatment process,and takes practical measures to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of heat treatment process and the conformity of results.
