摘　　要：工业锅炉能效测试是一项严谨的工程测量工作,具有较强的系统性,每一个测量参数都会影响检测结果的准确性。文中对工业锅炉能效测试及报告出具过程中常见问题进行了梳理和总结,从仪器仪表使用、测试方案编制和测试过程中的烟气分析及蒸汽湿度等常见问题进行了分析,旨在规范锅炉能效测试工作,提高锅炉能效测试的质量和水平。Industrial boiler energy efficiency testing is a rigorous engineering measurement work with strong systematicity,and each measurement parameter will affect the accuracy of the detection results.This paper sorts out and summarizes the common problems in the process of industrial boiler energy efficiency test and report issuance,and analyzes the causes of the common problems such as flue gas analysis and steam humidity in the process of instrument use,test plan preparation and test,in order to standardize the boiler energy efficiency test effort and improve the quality and level of boiler energy efficiency test.
