常压罐车制造、修理及改造存在问题分析

摘　　要：在全国常压罐车治理期间,浙江省特种设备科学研究院累计承担完成7200余台次在用金属常压罐体定期检验工作,检验发现在用罐体存在设计代码错误、封头结构错误、安全附件配置不当、焊接接头型式错误等方面问题,以及因修理、改造不当导致的罐体结构变化问题。本文对典型问题进行了分析并提出相关建议,对于加强改进罐体安全管理提供一定参考。During the governance period of national atmospheric tank trucks,Zhejiang Academy of Special Equipment Science has completed periodic inspections of over 7200 units of in-service metal atmospheric tanks.The inspections revealed that there were design code errors,head structure errors,improper configuration of safety accessories,incorrect welding joint types,and other issues with tank body structure changes caused by improper repair and transformation.This article analyzes these typical problems and puts forward relevant suggestions,which has certain reference for enhancing and improving the safety management of tank bodies.
