摘  要:目的:观察肾康注射液对慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能及二氧化碳结合力的影响。方法:2020年5月-2023年7月期间于我院治疗的慢性肾衰竭80例,按随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,两组各40例。对照组采用呋塞米治疗,观察组加以肾康注射液治疗。连续治疗4 w后。观察患者肾功能、二氧化碳结合力(CO_(2)-CP)及治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者血肌酐(Scr)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)下降,CO_(2)-CP提高,观察组Scr、β2-MG低于对照组,CO_(2)-CP高于对照组,均有明显差异(P<0.05)。观察组总有效治疗率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肾康注射液治疗慢性肾衰竭可减轻肾脏损伤从而改善患者肾功能,对调节酸碱平衡、提高临床治疗效果具有明显作用。Objective:To observe the effects of Shenkang injection on renal function and carbon dioxide binding capacity in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:80 cases of chronic renal failure treated in our hospital from May 2020 to July 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with furosemide and the observation group was treated with Shenkang injection.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment.Renal function,carbon dioxide binding force(CO_(2)-CP)and therapeutic effect were observed.Results:After treatment,serum creatinine(Scr)andβ2-microglobulin(β2-MG)decreased and CO_(2)-CP increased in 2 groups.Scr andβ2-MG in observation group were lower than control group,and CO_(2)-CP was higher than control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective treatment rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenkang injection in the treatment of chronic renal failure can alleviate kidney injury and improve renal function,and has obvious effects on regulating acid-base balance and improving clinical therapeutic effect.
